Experimental high energy physicists Claudio Kopper, and Nathan Whitehorn, were the two lead authors of the 2013 analysis that discovered the neutrino flux for which IceCube received the prize.</p></description><author/><hero-image><img src="https://natsci.msu.edu/sites/_natsci/cache/file/3252AEED-B85E-45E9-A50197284C52A53B_newsarticlehero.jpg" alt="Hero image"/></hero-image><image><img src="https://natsci.msu.edu/sites/_natsci/cache/file/3252AEED-B85E-45E9-A50197284C52A53B_medium.jpg" alt="Hero image"/></image><tags><tag>Award</tag><tag>Bruno Rossi Prize</tag><tag>faculty</tag><tag>high-energy physics</tag><tag>neutrino flux discovery</tag></tags></item>
