Video and Photo Form

This form should be used to inquire about photo and video for your program/department. Please complete the form in its entirety.

If your project is selected, please allow sufficient time for the video or photos to be completed. The complexity and timing of the project will affect the time of completion (some projects have taken a few weeks, while others have taken 12 months). Additional time may be required and will be indicated once reviewed.

After review, a staff member will get back to you in a timely manner about your inquiry.

This form is not to be used for requesting video capture of events, lectures, job talks or speakers. Please visit Technology at MSU for video assistance.  Photo inquiries will be reviewed on a per case basis and availability of staff. The size and scale of the event will be taken into account during review process.
